Welcome to Rudzz-SRP LTD (“Rudzz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rudzz website, platform, and services that connect vehicle owners with auto repair service providers across Nigeria.
By accessing or using Rudzz.com.ng, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
1. Definitions
- “Platform” refers to the Rudzz website (Rudzz.com.ng) and all associated services.
- “User” includes both vehicle owners/customers and service providers who access or use the platform.
- “Service Provider” refers to mechanics, technicians, auto-electricians, panel beaters, workshops, or any individual/business listing their services.
- “Customer” refers to vehicle owners or individuals seeking auto services.
- “Listing” means any service advertisement created by a provider on the platform.
2. Eligibility
To use Rudzz:
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- Service providers must ensure the accuracy of the details in their listings.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.
3. About Rudzz
Rudzz is a listing and connection platform.
We do not employ, manage, or directly control service providers.
We simply facilitate connections between customers and providers.
Rudzz does not guarantee:
- The quality of services performed
- Provider availability
- Pricing accuracy
- Timelines of service
- Outcomes of vehicle repairs
All engagements between customers and providers occur at their own risk.
4. User Responsibilities
A. Customers
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information when making inquiries or bookings
- Communicate respectfully with providers
- Conduct due diligence before using a provider’s services
- Pay providers directly (unless future in-app payment options are introduced)
Rudzz is not responsible for disputes between users and providers.
B. Service Providers
Providers agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, and updated information in listings
- Display transparent pricing where required
- Deliver services professionally and honestly
- Comply with Nigerian laws and industry standards
- Not upload misleading, stolen, or false credentials
Rudzz reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms.
5. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
- All activities that occur under your account
Inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
6. Listings and Content
Service providers may upload:
- Business details
- Photos
- Descriptions
- Pricing
- Specializations
- Contact information
By posting content, you grant Rudzz a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the content on the platform.
You must not upload:
- Offensive or inappropriate images
- False information
- Content that violates copyright or trademarks
- Fraudulent or harmful content
7. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Misuse the platform
- Post or share harmful or fraudulent content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform
- Create fake profiles or listings
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Collect or harvest data from users without permission
Violation may result in termination or legal action.
8. Payments
At present, Rudzz does not process payments between customers and providers.
All payments occur directly between both parties.
If payment features are added later, updated terms will apply.
9. Communication
By using Rudzz, you consent to receiving:
- Platform notifications
- Listing updates
- System alerts
- Emails related to your account or activities
We do not send spam or irrelevant promotions.
10. Third-Party Services
Rudzz may contain links or integrations to third-party sites or tools.
We are not responsible for:
- Their content
- Their actions
- Their privacy practices
You access third-party services at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law:
Rudzz is not liable for:
- Any damage to your vehicle
- Losses resulting from provider services
- Misconduct or negligence by providers or customers
- Fraudulent listings
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Downtime or technical issues with the platform
Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Rudzz harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Your interactions with other users
- Your violation of these Terms
- Content you upload
13. Account Termination
Rudzz may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Post fraudulent content
- Endanger users
- Misuse the platform
You may also delete your account at any time.
14. Intellectual Property
All:
- Logos
- Designs
- Text
- Features
- Branding
- Website content
…are property of Rudzz and protected under Nigerian copyright laws.
You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
15. Privacy Policy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on Rudzz.com.ng.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
Any disputes may be resolved in a Nigerian court with appropriate jurisdiction.
